How can we have fatigue-free and rewarding virtual meetings that are as efficient as in-person ones? Advancements in technology are bringing holoconferencing to life, so let's prepare to use it to its fullest potential.
We could chose our placement online as if we are in the room.
To achieve holographic meetings, the initial steps involve devices to capture 3D images and spatial sound, followed by headsets for displaying the captured input and enabling interaction.
To facilitate the charging/storage and portability of the glasses, the flexible band bends inward, bringing the battery closer to the front section to minimizes space requirements.
The number of glasses in each office space can vary, therefore the chargers are designed to be modular, allowing for expansion to accommodate varying quantities of glasses.
In the design of home camera we prioritized compactness, flexibility, and privacy.
In the office camera, the emphasis was on designing an adjustable 360-degree webcam that can capture number of people and seamlessly blends with various office styles.
To adapt to different desktop setups, the home camera can be conveniently mounted on the top of screens.
AR glasses can be effortlessly charged on the stand's base using pin charging.
However, for off-site participants, they select their virtual seat after choosing the meeting to join.
On-site individuals proceed to their designated meeting room, take a seat, and choose to join the meeting.
Both group scan their head to enter the room.
By adding highlighting gestures and allowing people to send emojis, we can make the holographic meetings more inclusive and engaging when group sizes get larger.
Users can easily place pins in the conversation to look back to later. The software can help label and summarize their pins after the meeting.

To accommodate users without the Hollaboration hardware like clients or external consultants, the conferencing platform can support different levels of connectivity. Users can call in with just audio or a regular webcam feed, being represented as a virtual screen within the room.
